Ingredients:

  • 5-6 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinch of ground pepper

Directions:

  1. Rinse, dry and slice mushrooms. In a large skillet melt butter. Add mushrooms, saute 4-5 minutes. Combine eggs with remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour mixture over mushrooms. Cook and stir for about 2 minutes or until the eggs are set.
