Great for Breakfast for Dinner Nights!! Ingredients:
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms |
5-6 tablespoons butter |
8 eggs, beaten |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
pinch of ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Rinse, dry and slice mushrooms. In a large skillet melt butter. Add mushrooms, saute 4-5 minutes. Combine eggs with remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour mixture over mushrooms. Cook and stir for about 2 minutes or until the eggs are set. |
