Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray mini-muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Tuck a wonton into each cup of the mini-muffin tin.
  3. Spray wontons with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 - 8 minutes or until crisp and golden brown, set aside.
  5. In a bowl, mix meat with plum sauce and with 1 T of the soy sauce.
  6. In another bowl, wisk 4 T soy sauce with broth, sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
  7. Heat vegetable oil and saute meat mixture for 3 minutes.
  8. Stir in carrot, peppers, scallions, and cook another 3 minutes.
  9. Add broth mixture, simmer around 1 minute until syrupy.
  10. Fill cups and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
