Moist & Delicious Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
  2. Drop the batter by large tablespoons onto a lightly greased skillet or griddle.
  3. Flip the pancakes when the first side is slightly brown.
  4. Continue cooking until both sides are a nice light brown color.
