Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs round steaks , cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 (1 lb) can tomatoes or 1 (1 lb) can tomato

Directions:

  1. Dredge steak strips in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Put into Dutch oven and add all remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake covered at 325 degree oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  4. Serve over noodles or rice.
