Mesquite Grilled Cajun Turkey

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare grill using mesquite chips or coals.
  2. Brush turkey with oil.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over turkey.
  4. Place turkey on grill.
  5. Cover grill and cook according to package directions.
  6. Wrap in foil and let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Remove netting from turkey and slice it.
