Directions:

  1. In large resealable bag,combine first 6 ingredients. Add the cheese,olives and mushrooms;seal bag,turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Dranin marinade;reserving 2 TB. Thread salami onto toothpicks.
  3. Arrange on large platter;drizzle with reserved marinade.
  4. Arrange cheese mixture around salami.
