Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Split squash in half and remove seeds
  3. Slice of a slab on the bottom of each half to provide more stability in the pan
  4. In the hollow, place 1/2 tablespoon butter and 1.5 tablespoons of maple syrup
  5. Bake until fork tender, about 45 minutes
