Mango Lime Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Cook mangos in water until tender.
  2. Add sugar and cook until consistency of a butter.
  3. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal. Process in boling water for at least 10 minutes.
