Ingredients:

  • 1 (3/4-lb) mango
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice , or to taste
  • 1 tbsp sugar , or to taste
  • about 16 oz chilled ginger ale

Directions:

  1. Peel and pit mango, then chop. Purée with lime juice and sugar in a blender until smooth. Divide among tall glasses, then top with ice cream and ginger ale. Serve with straws.
