Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 dash white pepper
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 pint milk
  • 1 pint light cream

Directions:

  1. Cut the lobster meat into 1/2 inch pieces.
  2. Add seasoning and lobster to the melted butter, heat.
  3. Add milk and cream and bring almost to boiling point.
