Triple for Christmas (at least) Ingredients:
3/4 lb cooked lobster meat |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1 dash white pepper |
1 dash nutmeg |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 pint milk |
1 pint light cream |
Directions:
1. Cut the lobster meat into 1/2 inch pieces. 2. Add seasoning and lobster to the melted butter, heat. 3. Add milk and cream and bring almost to boiling point. |
