Lighten Up Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium sized sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the warmed whole milk and stir over heat until smooth.
  4. Add the warmed buttermilk and stir over heat until mixture just comes to a boil.
  5. Remove from heat and add cheeses, stir until all melted.
  6. Mix in spinach and artichoke, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  7. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in 350* until bubbly.
