Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) package lemon cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into 2 9 inch greased and floured cake pans.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 33 to 38 minutes.
  4. Frost with a lemon frosting.
