Easy to make and very delicious. My son always asks for this cake for his birthday. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) package lemon cake mix |
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix |
1/3 cup oil |
1 cup water |
4 eggs |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
2. Pour into 2 9 inch greased and floured cake pans.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 33 to 38 minutes.
4. Frost with a lemon frosting.
