Karen's Hot Oatmeal with Applesauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk , 1
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed , milled
  • 1/2 cup applesauce , mott's healthy harvest

Directions:

  1. Put first three ingredients into a microwavable cup or bowl and stir.
  2. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes.
  3. Add flaxseed and applesauce.
  4. Stir and enjoy.
