Yummy high protein breakfast. Good source of fiber, too. Ingredients:
1/2 c milk, 1 |
1/2 c oatmeal |
1/2 c egg whites |
2 tbsp flaxseed, milled |
1/2 c applesauce, mott's healthy harvest |
Directions:
1. Put first three ingredients into a microwavable cup or bowl and stir. 2. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes. 3. Add flaxseed and applesauce. 4. Stir and enjoy. |
