Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl beat egg.
  3. Add ground beef, sausage, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, onion, and peppers and combine.
  4. Halve mixture into two meatloaf pans.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 2 hours.
  6. Drain fat from pan and let cool down.
  7. Serve with additional Italian Tomato Sauce.
