Hot Orange-Chile Glaze

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a heavy bottom saucepan heat oil. Saute onion 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and serrano chile and saute for 2 more minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except the cornstarch and 4 tbsp water.
  4. Bring mixture to boil and simmer 20 minutes.
  5. In small bowl mix cornstarch and 4 tbsp cold water. Slowly add cornstarch mixture to glaze.
  6. Simmer until thickened and remove from heat.
