Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2-1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2-1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 10 tbsp of butter
  • 1-1/4 cup of milk

Directions:

  1. In Bowl, Beat Eggs at High Speed until Thick (about 5 minutes). Gradually add Sugar beating until mixture is Light & Fluffy. Combine Flour & Baking Powder, Add to Batter with Vanilla & Beat at Low Speed until Smooth. In a Saucepan Heat Milk, add 10 Tablespoons of Butter, just until the Butter Melts, Stir Occasionally. Pour into Greased 13 x 9 x 2 Pan. Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 to 35 Minutes or until Cake Tests Done with a Toothpick. Cool on Wire Rack.
