Ingredients:

  • 1- ( 8 oz) container of crabmeat, drained and shredded
  • 8-10 oz of mild or sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2- cup mayonnaise
  • pepper to taste .................or add a liitle zip and put some spicy hot s, and spice ...........

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients thoroughly
  3. Transfer to a small 1 quart baking dish
  4. Bake for 25 - 35 minutes or until lightly browned on top and bubbling at edges
  5. Serve with crackers or small french bread toasts
  6. Makes 8- 10 servings
