Honey Lemon chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2-3 lbs cut up chicken pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:

  1. In a large frying pan melt the 2 tablespoons butter and brown chicken pieces on all sides.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat, basting occasionally, for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
