Homemade Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 24 oz peaches

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Deg. F
  2. In a large mixing bowl add 2 cups sugar and 2 cups flour
  3. Slowly Mix in 2 cups milk while stirring contents in mixing bowl until no clumps are left
  4. Pour peaches into an 8 x 10 Baking Dish and stir in 1/4 cup sugar
  5. Pour the contents of the large mixing bowl into the baking dish with the peaches
  6. Place the dish in the oven for 35-45 minutes depending on Oven
  7. Remove contents and sprinkle with 1 Tbsp Cinnamon & 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  8. ENJOY!
