The easiest recipe I've learned has created my favorite after meal snack...peach cobbler! Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 cups skim milk |
2 1/4 cups granulated sugar |
1 tbsp cinnamon |
1 tbsp sugar |
24 oz peaches |
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350 Deg. F 2. In a large mixing bowl add 2 cups sugar and 2 cups flour 3. Slowly Mix in 2 cups milk while stirring contents in mixing bowl until no clumps are left 4. Pour peaches into an 8 x 10 Baking Dish and stir in 1/4 cup sugar 5. Pour the contents of the large mixing bowl into the baking dish with the peaches 6. Place the dish in the oven for 35-45 minutes depending on Oven 7. Remove contents and sprinkle with 1 Tbsp Cinnamon & 1 Tbsp. Sugar 8. ENJOY! |
