  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Arrange potatoes and pineapple in a 2qt baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon
  3. In a small saucepan, combine Marshmallow fluff and butter, and bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour over the sweet potato mixtureand sprinkle with the walnuts.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbling
  6. **If you want to cook the potatoes in the microwave, put them in a microwave-safe dish (duh, lol), cover with plastic wrap and cook on high 10-12 minutes, until soft. I suppose you could do this while making the fluff mixture.
