Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes and cut into quarters.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients and blend well.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes.
  4. Place potatoes in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or shallow baking dish.
  5. Toss potatoes to cover with mixture.
  6. Bake until fork tender.
