Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 5 whole cloves

Directions:

  1. Place the ingredients in a cheesecloth or a large tea ball.
  2. Fill a foot tub with boiling water and place the bundle in the water.
  3. Let it steep until the water is cool enough for your feet to handle. This could take 15 - 20 minutes.
  4. Moistureze the feet afterwards.
