Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown Ground Beef in a large soup pot, and drain fat.
  2. Meanwhile in a large sauce pan, boil the 6 cups of water with the buillon cubes.
  3. Add salt, pepper, oregano, chilli powder, garlic powder, and onion to the beef. Stir to mix seasonings evenly.
  4. Add beef broth to seasoned meat, then add the 16oz. jar of pasta sauce, and the soy sauce.
  5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the potatos, corn, and green beans to the pot.
  7. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
  8. Add the Penne Pasta, and simmer for another 30 minutes.
  9. Top with parmesean cheese if you want and enjoy :).
