Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 dash cilantro
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Dice cabbage...about 1 inch pieces
  2. Place in microwaveable dish with lid
  3. Season and cover
  4. Cook on vegetable setting; reset if not wilted enough for your taste
  5. Can be steamed instead
