Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350°.
  2. Skin and clean chicken.
  3. Add yogurt to clean/skinned chicken.
  4. Coat chicken pieces with yogurt.
  5. Mix seasonings with bread crumbs.
  6. Coat chicken pieces with breadcrumbs place on cookie sheet. Give each piece a spray of Pam.
  7. Bake for about 1 hr, start checking for doneness after 50 minutes.
