Grilled Fresh Figs and Blue Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz blue cheese (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Cut the figs in half lengthwise and put a tablespoon of blue cheese on top of each half. Top this mixture with a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.
  2. Put figs on a warm grill and cook until the cheese melts and the figs are heated through.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
