  1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and brown sugar. Beat in peanut butter, applesauce, honey and vanilla. In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, powdered milk and baking soda; gradually add to peanut butter mixture, beating until combined.
  2. Drop by teaspoon 2 in. apart onto baking sheets covered with parchment paper (or coated with non-stick spray).
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Move to wire racks to cool.
