Grandma's Feather-Light Griddlecakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, just until smooth.
  2. Let sit for a few minutes until batter becomes lighter cook on hot griddle (about 325 degrees) feel free to add chocolate chips, banana or whatever floats your boat!
  3. Enjoy!
