Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour onto hot griddle for pancakes, or waffle iron for waffles.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
  4. Can substitue 1 cup of beer, for 1 cup of the milk.
