This is a great sugar free option for waffles. I gre up on this reciepe, that my mother adapted for my dad's diet. I still have friends that ask to come over for waffles! Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 cups milk |
2 tablespoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons oil |
4 eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. pour onto hot griddle for pancakes, or waffle iron for waffles. 3. Serve and enjoy! 4. Can substitue 1 cup of beer, for 1 cup of the milk. |
