Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms, reserve caps.
  2. In bowl, combine oil and garlic.
  3. Add mushroom caps to oil mixture.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Remove mushrooms with slotted spoon and place on sheet of heavy duty foil.
  6. Seal edges tightly.
  7. Grill over medium hot coals for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Can add these right on the grill with 10 or 15 minutes before meat is done.
  9. Carefully open packet because these will be hot.
