Fried Mushrooms And Dipping Sauce  Named Aunt Bs A...

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp slap yo mama
  • 1/4 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 qt. size zip lock...
  • paper towel on a platter

Directions:

  1. Sauce mix all ingred... and chill in frig...for about an hour
  2. Fried Mushrooms:
  3. Fresh Mushroom cut into 4 pieces if you have the large ones..
  4. 1/2 cup Vidalia onion mix add 1/4 cup of water
  5. Add some seasoning (like slap yo mama or tony's)
  6. Let sit for a bit....
  7. Heat oil in deep fryer..
  8. After the shrooms have set a bit
  9. Take about 2 cups of the Vidalia onion mix put into a zip lock..
  10. Then add a few of the mushrooms at a time / draining off the mixture ...
  11. Shake them up and drop into fryer....
  12. Let the mushrooms cook to a light to med brown.....
  13. Take out and place on the paper towel on the platter ..
  14. After all of your mushrooms are fried....
  15. Take sauce out of frig.....and dip away.......
  16. This makes my ..mouth water...(eau de bouche)..this is so good...(bon).....love this!
