Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle or can of beer
  • 3 tsp. of garlic powder or salt
  • optional
  • 4 garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. The best gizzard's you'll ever have. It's my mother-in-law's recipe, very Easy and Melt in your mouth.
  2. Add gizzard's to a frying pan.
  3. Add 1 beer of your choice.
  4. If you would like, add some garlic salt or powder.
  5. Cook on med low.
  6. Crack lid on pan and walk away for 2 hour's.
  7. Optional:
  8. Even better, after 1 1/2 hours add 4 to 5 Italian sausage sliced up.
  9. 4 garlic cloves in sliced up chunks.
  10. Let it cook for the remaining 1/2 hour. To Die For.
