Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • black pepper , to taste
  • 4 slices bacon
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F Combine all of the ingredients, except the bacon, in a large bowl and mix well. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and add the meat mixture. Place the bacon slices on top, and bake for at least 90 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven. Let cool for at least 10 minutes, then slice and serve, making sure everyone gets a little bacon.
