Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of cuppi japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of regular mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp wasabi mayonnaise or 1/4 tsp wasabi
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all above ingredients together- leave over night, in air tight container, if desired.
  2. The dip can last up to a week.
  3. It is great with white fish or salmon and other light fish.
  4. It's great to just put a dallop or a in a small container and dip the fish if.
  5. It adds a little extra flavor.
