Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Shred cabbage ,grate 2 carrots ,and juillenne the other 2 carrots
  2. Cube pineapple,peppers and apples into preffered sizes
  3. Chop shallots ,add to above ingredients
  4. Chop onion finely and squeeze out the juice ,add to above
  5. Boil noodles in salted water until al dente ,drain
  6. Add the cold noodles and kernels to above
  7. Add orange juice and lemon juice to taste
  8. Beat together all salad dressing ingredients ,and mix into the salad
  9. Lastly add raisins,toasted almonds and pecans
  10. I promise you it is worth your while ! ! ! ! ! ! !
