Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mash eggs well.
  2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and spices.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Use a bowl or jello mold the size of a whipped topping container
  5. Line the bowl/mold with plastic wrap (for easy removal).
  6. **Layer as follows:
  7. 1/2 of egg mixture
  8. Softened cream cheese
  9. Onions
  10. 1/2 egg mixture
  11. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Unmold to plate... Serve with crackers and/or cocktail bread. Yummy!
