Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. In a big bowl, mix sugar, salt, egg and olive oil.
  2. Blend until its a slick mixture and add the flour (I use the machine because its pretty early in the morning.).
  3. Add milk until homogeneity.
  4. Put some butter on the frying pan and a few seconds later add the dough.
  5. You can serve with hot chocolate, marmalade, cheese and any kind of sauce that you feel like adding!
