Easy Curried Beef and Rice

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef and onion.
  2. Add rice.
  3. Stir in broth, salt, mushrooms, curry powder and worcestershire sauce.
  4. Heat to boiling.
  5. Turn to med heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes adding more liquid if needed.
  6. Serve hot.
  7. Top with sour cream if desired.
