Directions:

  1. In a large pot combine the first 9 ingredients.
  2. Cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Gradually add flour to milk.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add to vegetables.
  6. Cook until thickened.
  7. Add cheese, and stir until melted.
  8. Serve on a wintery day!
