Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 4 cups cornflakes

Directions:

  1. Cream sugars, vanilla, oil & eggs
  2. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt & soda.
  3. Mix together the creamed mixture and the sifted mixture
  4. Add oatmeal, nuts, coconut and corn flakes.
  5. Mix again
  6. Drop from spoon or shape into rounds on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees F for 12 - 15 minutes.
  8. Makes LOTS & LOTS of cookies!!!
