Ingredients:

  1. Spray med. pan with cooking spray, over med-hi heat. Add frozen seasoning mix. stir occasionally until mix is heated through.
  2. Open and drain potatoes over a measuring cup. Add to pan along with the bacon bits. heat through, stirring occasionally. If mix is too thick, add some of reserved potato juice. .
  3. Towards the end of cooking time, about 8-10 minutes, add the slice of cheese. stir until completely melted.
  4. Add celery salt and black pepper to taste.
