Ingredients:

  • 10 1/2 oz cube steak
  • 14 oz beef broth
  • 14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup brown rice
  • 1/4 cup onions

Directions:

  1. Cut cube steak in bites
  2. Brown cube steak, onions and celery
  3. Add broth, rice & tomatoes and simmer until rice tender
  4. Add spices as desired
