Ingredients:

  • 3 3/4 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Spray slow cooker insert lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Measure oats, water, salt, and cinnamon into pot; stir to combine.
  3. Stir in dried fruit.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours (use the timer function; otherwise, you might have to get up early to turn the slow cooker on).
  5. Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave.
