Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients.
  3. Seperatly, mix shortening, egg, and milk.
  4. Add in chopped ham or bacon bits.
  5. Combine mixtures into one.
  6. Stir just enough to dampen the flour.
  7. Pour batter into greased muffin tins, 2/3 full.
  8. Bake 25 minutes.
